Description
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's SAP modernization efforts. Your expertise in SAP BASIS will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining an efficient, secure, and scalable SAP environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your Agile delivery experience to enhance processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP BASIS specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP BASIS solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth SAP operations and minimizing downtime.
- Partner with Product Owners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance SAP delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, maintaining high standards of service delivery.




- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing to the organization's digital transformation.
- Document and share best practices, knowledge, and lessons learned within the SAP BASIS community.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and support, with a proven track record of leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BASIS architecture, including SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a strong understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Certifications in SAP BASIS administration and Agile methodologies are preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
