As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet the staffing needs of our banking clients. Your expertise in recruitment will be instrumental in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent for entry-level field sales roles in the banking industry.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and suitability for the role, ensuring a thorough and fair assessment process.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential talent pools and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling employer value propositions and enhance the company's employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process, maintaining a high standard of ethical practices.




- Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Work closely with the training and development team to design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful staffing for banking or financial services clients.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and meeting recruitment targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in field sales recruitment or a similar industry is an advantage.
