Job Title: (Qualified CA)/ Financial Analyst (act as Executive Assistant to Management)

About the Role
Company is looking for a agile and analytical Qualified Chartered Accountant to join as an Financial Analyst (act as Executive Assistant to Management). This is an individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing business overview & analysis, and data based support to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, finance, MIS, and business analytics, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare MIS reports, financial reports , business performance dashboards, and business presentations for the management.
2. Prepare budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
3. Analyze variance on revenues / costs and profitability – vs budget , to provide actionable insights.
4.



Support the Management team by preparing reports, meeting notes, and tracking key action items.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to consolidate business information and monitor strategic initiatives.
6. Support statutory audits, compliance activities, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
7. Utilize advanced MS Excel and digital tools to improve reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
2. 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in business analytics, accounting and finance role
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tally.
4. AI productivity tools (e.g.ChatGPT and others) for business documentation,
reporting, and research5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in an individual
contributor role.
