They minimize equipment downtime, troubleshoot mechanical failures quickly, and guarantee site safety in heavy industries like manufacturing, steel, or power. Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance & Operations: Run preventive, predictive, and breakdown mechanical maintenance across site machinery.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical defects rapidly to avoid production halts.

- Team Leadership: Direct shift technicians, fitters, and contract laborers to meet goals.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict plant safety protocols, work permits, and proper use of gear.

- Shift Logging: Record machine log data, breakdowns,



and repair details for handover.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 3 to 10 years working on industrial or manufacturing sites.

- Skills: Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating machinery, and shop-floor safety.
