Role Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Infrastructure Transition, Transformation, Migration, and Workplace Services Programs. The role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Data Center Migration, End User Computing (EUC), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Service Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closure
n
- Support delivery of IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migration
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor)
n
- Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
n
- Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plan
n
- Drive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder update
n
- Monitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L;, cost control)
n
- Ensure alignment with delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL)
n
- Maintain project documentation and governance standard
n

Transition & Transformation Delivery

n

n
- Lead and deliver Transition & Transformation programs for IT Infrastructure and Workplace Services.
n
- Drive strategic initiatives including infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, data center migration, technology refresh, service transitions, and operational transformation.
n
- Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.
n
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining service continuity and minimizing operational disruptions.
n




- Apply Transition and Transformation methodologies aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
n

Program Governance & Reporting

n

n
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
n
- Maintain and manage RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation actions.
n
- Prepare and present MIS reports, project dashboards, executive summaries, KPI reports, and governance updates.
n
- Track project health, resource utilization, budget performance, and delivery metrics.
n
- Conduct steering committee reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder forums.
n
