We are partnering with a top-tier Life Insurance company in India to identify a Vice President – Digital Product Management to lead a high-impact digital transformation mandate across proprietary distribution channels.

The Chance

This is a strategic product leadership role responsible for shaping the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap for Agency and Direct channels, with significant influence on business growth, productivity and distributor experience.

n

Key mandate:

n

• Own the digital product strategy and roadmap for proprietary channels

n

• Lead large-scale digital transformation across sales and distribution journeys

n

• Drive customer-centric product innovation and adoption

n

• Re-engineer processes to improve productivity and business outcomes

n

• Partner closely with Business, Technology, Engineering and Architecture leadership

n

• Drive prioritisation, investment decisions and value realisation

n





• Lead and develop a high-performing product and delivery organisation

n

• Champion Agile, design thinking and continuous innovation

n

• Influence senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organisation

n

Ideal Profile

n

15–20 years of overall experience with significant Product Management leadership

n

Strong experience building and scaling digital products in BFSI

n

Life Insurance experience strongly preferred

n

Proven ownership of product strategy, vision and large-scale roadmaps

n

Experience working with distribution-led business models

n

Strong business, technology and stakeholder management orientation

n

Demonstrated people leadership and ability to lead large transformation agendas

n
