About the Role

n

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our existing members.

n

You’ll interact with customers primarily through WhatsApp, app chat, Instagram, and community groups , helping them with questions, concerns, and day-to-day support.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, Instagram, and community groups.
n
- Understand customer concerns and provide transparent, timely solutions.
n
- Assist members with program, app, workout, nutrition, and account-related queries.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
n
- Follow up on unresolved concerns until closure.
n




- Proactively check in with customers and identify potential issues.
n
- Maintain a positive and supportive customer experience.
n
- Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with the relevant teams.
n
- Help improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
n

We're Looking For

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, customer experience, or chat support .
n
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
n
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
n
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
n
- Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
n
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling complaints.
n
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and follow-through.
n
- Genuine interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
n
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
