Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Job Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office Mandate )

Experience: 0-6 Years

n

Shift: 6.30PM-3.30 AM IST (Night shift) Monday to Friday

n

n

Qualification: Any Graduates/MBA preferred

n

Must have Skills:

n

n
- Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)
n
- Excellent English communication skills
n
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
n
- Ability to work in US shift timings
n
- Basic understanding of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce)
n

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to US-based clients
n
- Generate and qualify IT sales leads
n
- Identify client requirements and present company services
n
- Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team
n
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
n
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
n
