India Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, with approximately 4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific Time (PST) working hours

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced CFO Advisors, Controllers, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, Financial Consultants, and Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals to support AI-focused accounting and finance projects.

The role involves analyzing financial information, addressing complex accounting and finance queries, and providing practical, advisory-based recommendations, particularly for SMB/business clients and US-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data and provide accounting and finance guidance.
- Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and financial queries.
- Provide advisory recommendations based on financial data and business requirements.
- Support questions related to financial management, reporting, accounting, and business finance.
- Apply practical finance and accounting expertise to evaluate AI-generated responses and financial scenarios.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of skilled experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
- Experience as a CFO Advisor, CFO, COO (Finance), Financial Controller, Finance Director, VP Finance, Finance Manager, or Senior Financial Consultant.




- Hands-on experience supporting or advising SMBs/business owners, preferably US-based SMBs.
- Must have experience working with or advising at least 3 different organizations/clients.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
- Proven ability to handle complex accounting and finance-related queries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Full-time availability of 40 hours per week for the contract duration.
- Ability to provide approximately 4 hours of overlap with PST working hours.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Experience in financial advisory or CFO consulting.
- SMB ownership or hands-on financial management experience.
- Experience working with US accounting and finance practices.
- Experience handling data-heavy financial analysis and advisory questions.

- Duration: 10 weeks, with potential extension based on performance and project requirements.
