HOD, Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Position: Head of Department (HOD) - MCA

n

Location: Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida

n

Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, An Autonomous Campus, AI Enabled and NAAC accredited, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and research-oriented academicians for the position of HOD - MCA .

n

The candidate should be able to handle the complete MCA department including academics ,mentoring faculty and students, and contributing to research and institutional development.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

· Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MCA department.

n

· Coordinate teaching, curriculum delivery, examinations, projects, and student mentoring.

n

· Supervise and guide faculty members in academic activities.

n

· Promote research, publications, and industry-academic collaboration.

n

· Support accreditation, curriculum development, and other departmental activities.

n

Eligibility & Experience

n





· Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology or a relevant discipline is mandatory.

n

· MCA / M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

n

· Qualifications and experience should be as per applicable AICTE/UGC norms .

n

· Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience

n

· Experience as HOD / Associate Professor / Professor in a reputed institution will be preferred.

n

· Robust knowledge of MCA curriculum and teaching methodologies.

n

· Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
