What you’ll be responsible for?

n

Manage the Finance & Accounts function for Virohan:

n

Set up and manage the finance function across general accounting, banking, taxation, compliances / audits, and MIS / reporting

n

Manage accounting operations at a corporate level including owning billing & collection at training campuses, Cost Accounting,

n

Revenue Recognition and Cash Management

n

Take ownership for budgeting & overseeing the overall financial discipline of the company

n

Liaison with auditors and take ownership for audit & due diligence closures

n

Own month end and year end closing processes.

n

Ensure development of effective taxation strategies and plans, implement and monitor their effectiveness to minimize the tax burden

n

Build Systems and Processes for Scale

n

Hire, train, monitor & coach teams in the Finance Org to build a high performance culture

n

Build effective control systems in a rapidly evolving and highly dynamic start-up setting, without constraining the growth potential of the company

n

Create a framework for financial risk assessment, strengthen internal controls and assist in process improvement.

Automation & Product Development

n

Work with product team to implement finance operations, reports and features.
