About the Role

n

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for generating and managing leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the business development team through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

n

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, educational institutes, and prospective clients.
n
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
n
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
n
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding meetings, proposals, and business requirements.
n
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales/business development team.
n
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, leads, and follow-up activities.




n
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and requirements.
n
- Prepare and maintain daily call reports, lead trackers, and MIS reports.
n
- Achieve defined lead generation and follow-up targets.
n

n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- 3–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Client Coordination.
n
- Experience in the Education industry will be preferred.
n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
n
- Fluency in a South Indian language is mandatory.
n
- Strong interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
n
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
n
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
n
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
n
