Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of assigned revenue targets and business objectives, ensuring the acquisition and closure of a defined number of clients, campaigns, and revenue opportunities as committed and agreed upon with the management.
n
- Lead the Ad Sales function by driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across agencies, brands, and direct clients.
n
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring sustainable business expansion and market leadership.
n
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers, including CXOs, Marketing Heads, Media Directors, and key stakeholders across agencies and brands.
n
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on recent business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends to accelerate revenue generation.
n
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting,



and revenue targets, consistently delivering and exceeding business goals.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Ad Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
n
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions and maximize client value.
n
- Provide consultative, data-driven advertising solutions by leveraging deep expertise in digital media planning, audience targeting, performance marketing, and emerging advertising technologies.

- Monitor industry developments, competitive dynamics, and evolving digital media trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
n
- Ensure effective account management and client retention strategies, driving repeat business and long-term revenue growth.
n
- Actively contribute to the company's vision, business strategy, and leadership initiatives, playing a key role in shaping overall organizational success.

- Maintain a proven track record of delivering consistent sales performance.
