Create impactful floor presentations and maintain fashion quotient for the concepts

Summary of Role Responsibilities • Understand the seasonal / promotional highlights and stocks classification • Align to the VM calendar for all planogram and collateral roll out • Ensure adherence of planogram and maintaining aesthetic displays for the concept • Set model stores upon receipt of the planogram • Periodically review the store layout and share recommendations • Interact with external brands personnel on displays/ visuals and props in the region • Ensure external brands in Lifestyle follow a minimum display discipline

Key Job Responsibilities

VM Planning

• Understand business performance, trends, option plan and display capacity

• Understand the seasonal / promotional highlights and stocks classification

• Align to the VM calendar for all planogram and collateral roll out

• Refer VM manual to adhere to standards and guidelines





• Conduct market study for tracking of trends with competition and aspirational brands

VM Implementation

• Ensure adherence of planogram and maintaining aesthetic displays for the concept

• Participate in training the store team on design/seasonal attributes and display guidelines/ standards

• Set model stores upon receipt of the planogram

• Understand feedback on implementation and coordinate on timely execution at the stores

• Visit stores periodically to inspire ideal set-up. Prepare report on best practices/ findings/ feedback and support in implementing feedbacks

• Periodically review the store layout and share recommendations

• Coordinate with TCM and ops team to facilitate timely reports to the corporate team

For external brands

• Interact with external brands personnel on displays/ visuals and props in the region

• Ensure external brands in Lifestyle follow a minimum display discipline
