Duties and Responsibilities
• Project Coordination:
o Assist in gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams for mobile app & web development.
o Coordinate with internal IT, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
o Support the creation and tracking of project plans using Agile methodology.
o Help manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of mobile front-end components.
• Team Collaboration:
o Work with business teams to understand needs and prioritize tasks.
o Coordinate with IT delivery and QA teams to ensure quality and timely releases.
• Technical Understanding:
o Develop a basic understanding of mobile app design and development (Android experience is essential).
o Learn and apply best practices for iOS and Android app development.
• Problem Solving & Improvement:
o Identify areas for improvement in business processes and contribute to solution implementation.
o Help resolve project issues and track dependencies.
• Documentation & Communication:




o Prepare project updates, technical specifications, and presentation materials.
o Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and team members.
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
• Should have 2-4 years of mobile/digital domain experience
• Prior & relevant experience in Mobile & Web Apps domain across multiple operating systems
b) Work Experience
• Should have 2-4 years of mobile/digital/Fintech domain experience.
• Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems.
c) Skills Keywords
• Should have knowledge of system interfaces required for building apps
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Excellent relationship skills.
