About the chance
The Wage specialist is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information from court orders to process involuntary salary deductions during payroll.
What you’ll get to do
Interpret and Index wage garnishment orders
Prepare and respond to inquiries from clients, courts, state and federal agencies for garnishment orders
Interface with clients and use critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems within a high volume, fast paced workplace
Manage assigned work in organized, proactive manner to meet all required commitments, including KPI's (metrics) and client SLA's (service level agreements)
Proactively highlight risks and prepare root cause analysis to ensure issues/concerns are escalated for resolution

What would make you really stand out
Proven Wage Garnishment processing experience
Other requirements:
• US working hours - 08:00 to 17:00 EST
• Ability to work overtime (Weekday/Weekend) and including Indian public holidays
• May be exposed to challenging customers, occasional work interruptions, the requirement to adjust work priorities, having to deal occasionally with unexpected deadlines.
