Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related field

1. JOB PURPOSE

n

Lead the furniture and interior product design function, combining solid aesthetics with manufacturing expertise to develop innovative, cost-effective, and market-driven solutions.

n

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

- Lead and manage the design team.

n

- Develop and execute design strategy aligned with market trends.

n

- Conceptualize and develop modular/custom furniture and interior solutions.

n

- Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

n

- Review production drawings, BOMs, and validate prototypes.

n

- Lead design for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

n





- Track global trends and drive design innovation.

n

- Recruit, mentor, and develop design talent.

n

- Ensure design quality and resolve manufacturing issues.

n

- Support sales with presentations and client discussions.

n
