ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a polished, confident, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate with strong experience in fine-dining or luxury hospitality.

n

The ideal candidate should understand refined service, possess excellent guest-handling skills, and have the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and impeccable hospitality etiquette.
n
- Create a personalised and seamless guest experience from arrival through departure.
n
- Understand guest preferences and proactively anticipate their requirements.
n
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, table allocations, and guest requests efficiently.
n
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients, and service sequence.
n
- Deliver service in accordance with fine-dining standards and established SOPs.
n
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, service,



and management teams.
n
- Handle VIP, regular, and discerning guests with professionalism and discretion.
n
- Maintain impeccable standards of grooming, table presentation, ambience, and service.
n
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
n
- Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining composure and service quality.
n
- Assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or upscale hospitality.
n
- Strong understanding of fine-dining service standards and etiquette.
n
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Confident, polished, well-groomed, and professional personality.
n
- Strong guest-handling and relationship-building skills.
n
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service.
n
- Good knowledge of food and beverage is preferred.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-end hospitality environment.
n
- Robust attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.
