Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patiala for a Patient Care Executive The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, doctor Tyups, and patient care-related tasks.

- Patient Management & Registration at the Clinic.

- Patient Follow-up & Record Updation.
n
- Patient Feedback / Reviews Management.
n
- Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.
n
- Experience in care coordination and patient care.
n
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
