We’re looking for an Interior Designer to join the Copper Trunk team someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.

This role involves supporting the design team across all stages of a project, from concept development to documentation. The focus is on building a strong foundation in design thinking, attention to detail, and clarity in execution.

Key Responsibilities
n
Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
n
Support in space planning and layout development
n
Work on drawings including plans, elevations, and detailing
n
Research materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting options
n
Coordinate with senior designers to ensure design intent is maintained
n
Maintain organised documentation and drawing sets
n
Assist with site visits when required
n

What We’re Looking For
n
2+ years of experience in interior design or architecture
n
Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial planning
n
Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
n
Valuable visual sense and attention to detail
n
Ability to follow instructions and work within defined timelines
n
Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
n
