Audit Supervisor

Overview

n

The Audit Supervisor oversees day-to-day execution of U.S. audit engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. This role includes supervising staff, reviewing audit work, and serving as a key liaison between offshore teams and U.S. engagement leadership.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Supervise execution of audit engagements, including testing, documentation, and review
n
- Lead planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up for assigned engagements
n
- Review audit workpapers and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS
n
- Identify and resolve engagement and technical issues
n
- Train, mentor,



and develop audit staff and seniors
n
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based managers and partners
n

- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously

Qualifications

n

- 6–8 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred
n
- CA/CPA preferred but not required
n
- Advanced understanding of U.S. GAAP, auditing standards, and internal controls
n
- Experience working with U.S. audit teams
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
n
