Job Description What We're Looking For:
n Studio Paperheads is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Designer (Specialising in Social Media) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our studio, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit team of artists, designers, and creatives.
n Responsibilities:
n n Design engaging and visually compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn.
n Take on complete ownership of calendar planning and posting for the client brand.
n Develop and maintain consistent visual systems and brand identities across social media campaigns.
n Collaborate with designers, strategists, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
n Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging design styles.
n Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content series, and digital storytelling.
n n Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.




n Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience at a design/marketing agency.
n Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
n Proven experience designing content for social media platforms.
n Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and digital-first design principles.
n Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.
