Role Overview

n

Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and enterprise partnerships for BLive's EV fleet solutions business. The role involves acquiring enterprise customers, closing deals, managing key accounts, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Enterprise Sales

n

n
- Acquire B2B customers for EV fleet rentals and mobility solutions
n
- Build and manage a pipeline across logistics, e-commerce, q-commerce, FMCG, and last-mile delivery companies
n
- Engage with CXOs, founders, procurement, and operations leaders
n
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
n

2. Solution Selling & Account Growth

n

n
- Pitch BLive's EV fleet, charging, and fleet management solutions
n
- Create customized commercial proposals and support pilot programs
n
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-city expansion
n
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer success
n

n

3. Market Development & Reporting

n

n
- Track market opportunities, competitor activity, and pricing trends
n




- Build partnerships and referral channels
n
- Maintain pipeline, forecasts, account trackers, and sales reports
n
- Ensure timely documentation, contracts, and internal handovers
n

n

- 5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Fleet Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
n
- Solid enterprise customer acquisition and account management experience.
n
- Proven track record of selling solutions to enterprise customers and closing high-value deals.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
n

Preferred

n

n
- Experience in EV, E-Mobility, Fleet Management, Logistics, Mobility, Last-Mile Delivery, Vehicle Leasing, 3PL, or SaaS businesses.
n
- Understanding of fleet operations, mobility solutions, and enterprise transportation requirements.
n
- MBA preferred.
n
- Existing network within the logistics, mobility, or enterprise ecosystem is an added advantage.
