Job Description Position – Vice President n Designation - Head - Fraud Control n A fast-growing digital lending & consumer finance organization is looking for an experienced fraud risk leader to head its Fraud Control function, sitting within the Collections vertical. n Leadership role — you'll own fraud prevention & detection, process governance, and control frameworks across the customer onboarding and collections lifecycle, working closely with Policy, Risk Analytics, and Technology teams. n Key Responsibilities n n Build and evolve the fraud control framework, including loss thresholds and coverage for emerging fraud typologies n Lead fraud investigations and deep-dive analysis on incidents and non-starters n Assess operational risk across people, process, IT, and data n Review and strengthen channel partner onboarding processes n Drive process governance — SOPs, quality assurance,
