Phase 1: Onboarding & Business Integration (6 Months)

-Build a strong understanding of Hilti's business, products, customers, and culture.

-Complete structured onboarding and the WIN learning program.

-Gain field exposure to understand customer needs and solution selling.

-Lead a live sales project and a live marketing project.

-Develop business acumen by understanding profitability and business performance.

-Learn directly from experienced leaders through mentoring and business interactions.

Phase 2: Sales – Leadership Assignment (24 Months)

Lead a team of Account Managers while managing a business territory.

Key responsibilities include:

-Deliver sales and profitability targets for your assigned territory.

-Develop current business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.





-Expand market presence through strategic account penetration.

-Drive adoption of new products and sales initiatives.

-Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team.

-Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to maximize business performance.

Destination Role: Strategic/Product Marketing

After successful completion of the program, transition into a Strategic/Product Marketing role where you will:

-Develop and execute marketing strategies for your assigned portfolio.

-Drive product launches, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management.

-Own revenue, gross margin, and operating profitability.

-Collaborate with Hilti's Global Product Leadership Teams and regional marketing teams.

-Shape the future growth of the business through strategic marketing initiatives.
