This is a strategic position for growing net current business and new business pipeline and as Key Account Manager leading Sales & Client Relationship Management, grow new relationships to harness the upcoming trends in engineering services industry.

The role holder must have deep understanding of market & competition of Middle East markets in Engineering Services industry to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise.

Job Location is based at : Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Noida.

Must have International Market Exposure in Europe, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Spain

Job Description:

- Market Research – Lead Generation & Management
n
- Evaluation of Country specific Business opportunities, Identifying Local Associates.
n
- Proposal review and Coordination
n
- Coordination between BUs, Associate and Client for Proposal / EOI preparation and Submission
n
- Country and Project Risk Assessment
n
- Formation of NDAs. / Cooperation Agreement
n




- Consortium & Partnership Formation for Bidding
n
- Leading the Proposal Submission
n
- Create Strong Pipelines to meet targets
n
- Price Negotiation & Contract Negotiation
n
- Internal Execution Agreements with Associates
n
- Presentations to Client & Partner. Advocacy with Lenders, Minister, and Institutions
n
- Create reports for upper management
n
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
n
- Travelling frequently in the territory for meetings and customer engagements
n
