We're looking for a solid, hands-on Finance & Accounts person to handle day-to-day accounting and financial work in a busy digital marketing and advertising setup. You'll need robust fundamentals, a good eye for detail, and the ability to deal comfortably with internal teams, clients, vendors and management.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Run the daily accounting work – accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
n
- Keep the books clean and up to date so every transaction is recorded properly and on time.
n
- Prepare and check monthly financial reports, MIS and management packs.
n
- Handle bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
n
- Keep the day to day receivables, payables and outstanding invoices and followup on collections when needed.
n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow tracking and basic financial planning.
n
- Make sure we stay compliant with accounting standards, GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
n
- Deal with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and other external people as required.
n
- Review expenses, purchase invoices, reimbursements and the supporting paperwork.
n
- Help with month-end and year-end closing.
n
- Maintain proper records and documentation so everything is ready for audit or compliance checks.
n
- Dig into the numbers and give management clear, useful insights and dashboards..
n
- Work closely with operations,



sales and account management so client projects and campaigns are tracked accurately from a finance point of view.
n
- Take on any other finance or accounting tasks that come up.
n
- Managing Meta and Google invoices, reconciliations and maintaining paid marketing budgets.
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
n
- Strong grip on accounting principles and everyday financial processes.
n
- Comfortable using accounting software / ERP systems and good with Excel.
n
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, invoicing and statutory compliance.
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and you're careful with the details.
n
- Clear communication and being able to work with different people.
n
- Can juggle multiple things and still meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
n
- Trustworthy, discreet and take ownership of financial information.
n

Nice to have

n

n
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, a creative agency or something similar.
n
- Familiarity with project-based billing, retainers, campaign spends, digital ad costs and agency / vendor payments.
n
- Having worked in a growing or fast-paced agency environment.
n
