The Executive Assistant to the leadership management will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative and strategic support. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage priorities, handle confidential information, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth execution of organizational initiatives in the US Healthcare (RCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
n
- To prepare the meeting summary, reports, and presentations, ensuring the leadership team is fully prepared for discussions.
n
- Prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on actionable items, and ensure closure.
n
- Assist in planning and executing leadership meetings, board reviews, and business reviews.
n
- Coordinate with department heads (Operations, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
n
- Create and maintain executive dashboards or trackers for ongoing projects and performance metrics.
n
- Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the leadership team and internal teams.
n
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
n

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both internal and client-facing).

- Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task/project management tools

- Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize and present key business data effectively.

Qualifications:
n

- Graduate or Postgraduate
n
- 5 –7 years of experience supporting C-level executives
n
- Prior exposure to working across time zones or with US clients is preferred.
