Overview:

We are looking for an Admissions Counselor who can understand a prospective student's goals, recommend the right course and convert qualified enquiries into admissions

n

This is a target-based admissions and course-sales role. It is not a teaching or clinical position

n

Key Responsibilitieds:

n

n
- Respond promptly to incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins and online channels
n
- Conduct telephone, video and in-person counselling sessions
n
- Explain course content, certification, fees, batch schedules and learning outcomes clearly
n
- Recommend the most suitable course based on the candidate's requirements
n
- Follow up consistently, handle questions and objections, and convert qualified leads into admissions
n
- Maintain an updated lead pipeline and record every interaction in the CRM
n
- Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for demonstrations, workshops, batch scheduling and student onboarding
n
- Represent the institute at CMEs, workshops and educational events when required.

Requirements:

n

n
- At least 3 years of experience in admissions counselling,



academic counselling, education sales, inside sales or another target-based B2C sales role
n
- Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
n
- Confidence in speaking with doctors, healthcare professionals and other prospective learners
n
- Good follow-up, objection-handling and closing skills
n
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel and basic computer tools
n
- Organised, qualified and responsible with lead follow-ups
n

Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty education or professional training will be an advantage. Complete training about our courses will be provided.
