VP – Cyber Security Training & Certification

Location: Remote | Experience: 10+ years (specifically in cyber security teaching/training) | Reports to: COO / Head of Candidate Revenue

About the Role

We're building a cyber security training and certification track (e.g., CEH-style courses), delivered by instructors using structured, self-curated syllabi and live/online instruction — no proprietary LMS or content platform involved. We're looking for a veteran cyber security educator to lead this entire function: designing the training model, recruiting and managing instructors, and ensuring every batch is delivered to a high standard.

What you'll own

- Designing the training curriculum structure and instructional standards for cyber security certification courses (e.g., CEH and related tracks)
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of instructors delivering live/online cyber security classes
- Personally delivering or co-delivering select training batches where needed, setting the quality bar for all instructors
- Building syllabi from current,



credible sources and ensuring content stays up to date with evolving cyber security practices and certification requirements
- Monitoring class quality, student outcomes, and certification pass rates, and continuously improving the training model
- Reporting training operations health and outcomes to leadership

What we're looking for

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on teaching/training experience specifically in cyber security — live or online classroom instruction, not just industry practice
- Deep subject-matter expertise across core cyber security domains (ethical hacking, network security, penetration testing, SOC fundamentals) with relevant certifications (CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Proven experience building or leading a training program/instructor team, not just individual teaching
- Robust ability to design a structured 1-month training syllabus from publicly available and industry-standard material
- Excellent communication and instructional delivery skills — this person sets the teaching standard for the entire function
