About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive production efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

n

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production planning, plant operations, team management, capacity utilization, and process improvement.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end production operations and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
n
- Develop and monitor production plans, capacity utilization, productivity, output, and inventory.
n
- Prepare and track production reports and MIS using MS Excel.
n
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.
n
- Coordinate with Procurement, Raw Material suppliers, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
n
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality standards, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce wastage, minimize downtime, and optimize manufacturing processes.
n
- Lead and manage the production team, including manpower planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
n




- Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
n
- Monitor key production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Ensure smooth coordination across functions for efficient plant operations.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations.
n
- Experience in Chemical, Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or allied manufacturing is preferred.
n
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, capacity utilization, and plant operations.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel for production planning, tracking, and reporting.
n
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
n

Location

n

The position is currently based in Manesar, Haryana. The facility is expected to relocate to Bilaspur, Haryana, and candidates should be comfortable with the planned relocation.

n

Preferred Candidate Profile

n

Candidates with 5+ years of hands-on production/manufacturing experience, particularly in Chemical, Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or allied industries, will be preferred.
