Gem Elevators is looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Hyderabad team.

n

If you have experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, strategic sales planning, relationship management, and revenue growth, and enjoy building long-term business partnerships and driving market expansion, we'd love to connect with you.

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

What We're Looking For

n

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage)

n

* 3–6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field

n

* Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English & Telugu

n

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

n

* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

n

* Experience handling builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients

n

* Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office

n

* Immediate joiners preferred

n

* Experience in the elevator, real estate, construction, infrastructure,



or building materials industry is highly preferred

n

Key Responsibilities

n

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market

n

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

n

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations

n

* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable elevator and vertical mobility solutions

n

* Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with internal teams

n

* Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

n

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

n

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

n

* Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly

n

* Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

n

* Generate repeat business and support long-term customer retention strategies
