We are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune!

Experience - 1-5YRS

Location: Pune

n

Shift: Rotational Shifts

n

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

n

n

✅ Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment

n

✅ Handle customer orders, booking activities & billing queries

n

✅ Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience preferred

n

✅ SNOW / ServiceNow knowledge is an added advantage

n

✅ Coordinate effectively with internal & client stakeholders

n

✅ Handle reporting and analysis using MS Excel

n

✅ Conduct process training and structured learning sessions

n

✅ Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials

n

n

Key Requirements

✔ Excellent written & verbal communication

n

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

n

✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy

n

✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts

n

✔ Ready to work from office

n

✔ Shipping / Logistics industry experience is preferred

n
