We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for a leading OTC healthcare brand Soframycin with Encube Ethicals.

n

Location: Mumbai Central and Western Mumbai

n

CTC: Open for discussion

n

Team Handling: atleast 3 years of team handling experience

n

Experience: 8+ years in Pharma OTC / FMCG / Generic Pharma Sales with minimum 3 years of team management experience

n

Key Requirements:

n

✅ Strong experience in OTC, Generic Pharma, FMCG Pharma, or Channel Sales

n

✅ Proven track record in handling distributors, semi-wholesalers, and retail channels

n

✅ Experience in leading and developing field sales teams

n

✅ Positive understanding of primary & secondary sales, schemes, margins, and channel management

n





✅ Robust market knowledge of the assigned geography

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Drive primary and secondary sales growth across the territory

n

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 sales professionals

n

• Manage distributor and retailer relationships

n

• Execute marketing campaigns and ensure market visibility

n

• Monitor team performance, forecasting, and business planning

n

• Ensure effective coverage and execution in the assigned territory

n
