Role Overview

n

The Pre-Sales Manager – Quality Engineering & Testing will lead the Testing & Quality Engineering Practice with primary responsibility for pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, OEM relationship management, and implementation of enterprise testing platforms. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technology Partners to design and implement world-class Quality Engineering solutions while growing the Testing Practice.

Key Responsibilities

n

· Lead the Testing Practice from both a technical and business growth perspective.

n

· Support Sales teams in pre-sales activities, customer meetings, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.

n

· Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer testing maturity and recommend appropriate QA solutions.

n

· Prepare solution architectures, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation plans, and effort estimates.

n

· Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), product demonstrations, and customer presentations.

n

· Own strategic OEM relationships with SmartBear, TestRail, Xray, Atlassian ecosystem partners, and other testing technology vendors.

n

· Manage OEM certifications, partner enablement, licensing opportunities,



and joint go-to-market initiatives.

n

· Lead implementation, configuration, migration, and integration of SmartBear Suite, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, Jira, Confluence, and related DevOps platforms.

n

· Design enterprise testing frameworks, governance models, workflows, dashboards, and reporting standards.

n

· Advise customers on test automation, API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD quality engineering practices.

n

· Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and ensure successful customer adoption.

n

· Develop reusable implementation accelerators, best practices, and service offerings.

n

· Identify recent consulting and managed services opportunities to grow the Testing Practice.

n

· Build and mentor Solution Consultants, QA Architects, and Test Engineers.

n

· Represent the organization at OEM events, customer forums, webinars, and industry conferences.
