We're Hiring | Product Support Engineer | Pune (Onsite)

Are you passionate about solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer support? We're looking for a Product Support Engineer to join a agile team supporting enterprise SaaS applications.

Location: Pune (Onsite)

n

Shift: 24x7 Support (Primarily US EST/PST Night Shifts)

n

Benefits: Both-side cab facility + Night Shift Allowance

What We're Looking For:

n

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Technical Support / Product Support / Software Support (SaaS preferred)

n

✔️ Experience supporting customer-facing applications

n

✔️ Hands-on experience with:

n

n
- SSO & Access Management
n
- SaaS & Cloud Computing
n
- FTP & SMTP
n
- HTML
n

n

✔️ Experience with ticketing/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

n

✔️ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

n

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication

n

✔️ Willingness to work in US night shifts

n
