Join our integrated marketing communications agency, with nearly three decades of experience in branding, advertising, digital and marketing communications. Our office is located in Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bengaluru South.

We're looking for a dynamic professional with a proven ability to generate new business, open current doors, and convert opportunities into clients. If you're driven by targets, enjoy meeting decision-makers, and thrive on winning new business, we'd like to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

- 2–5 years' experience in Business Development within advertising, marketing communications, or digital marketing
n
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients
n
- Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skills
n
- Strong networking and prospecting abilities
n
- Proficiency in English and Kannada
n
- Comfort using AI tools for prospecting, outreach, and research
n

n

Compensation: ₹5–6 LPA + performance-based incentives

n

This role reports directly to [leadership/founder] with a clear path to a senior BD or leadership position as you build out the client base.
