We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing financial data, including journal entries, sales, and purchase entries.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain and update financial records, including journal entries for various transactions.
Process sales entries, ensuring all sales transactions are recorded accurately.
Handle purchase entries, verifying and recording all purchase-related transactions.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Respond to inquiries related to financial data and assist in audits as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Accountant.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with journal entries, sales, and purchase entries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
