Experience:
- Minimum 4–5 years in BL/PL (Business Loan/Personal Loan) Sales
- Team handling experience is mandatory
Qualification: Graduation
Requirements:
- Fieldwork role
- Vehicle and valid driving license required
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales of unsecured loans, focusing on business loans.
2. Build and maintain solid client relationships.
3. Lead and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
4. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
5. Conduct regular client visits and fieldwork to ensure customer satisfaction.
