Job Responsibilities:

n

n
- Analyze user(s) / user(s) requirements and their consideration in the building program as applicable in research, conceptual and development designs and their consideration/treatment in the Interior space
n
- Research/Study/Evaluate design criteria and feasibility of the proposed design(s).
n
- Provide studies including space planning and targeted selections for material & finishes, sanitary fixtures & fittings, furniture, accessories, doors hardware, lighting fixtures, equipment, decorative greenery, art work and color schemes.
n
- Present and express Architectural Interior design ideas and planning by free hand sketches.
n
- Work in a team and coordinate Interior design with other disciplines.
n
- Meet, discuss and conduct workshops with well-established manufacturers and representatives in the field.
n
- Provide a complete set of construction drawings, documents and specifications customized to the project’s unique conditions, demanding schedules, budgetary constraints for Architecture Interior design and maintaining the company’s graphical standards for deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Architectural Interior design.
n
- The use of Color science in material and selections in projects.
n
- Textures and Material product selections and specifications.
n
- Furniture, Decorative Lighting, Equipment & Window treatment product selections and specifications.
n
- Awareness of Ergonomics.
n
- Art and Signage application in Architectural Interiors.
n




- Architectural Interior Lighting.
n
- Furniture design, selection and specifications.
n
- Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products and specifications.
n
- Doors and Hardware operation and specifications.
n
- Understanding of Electro-mechanical requirements of Interior spaces.
n
- Applicability of Fire and Life safety codes in Interior spaces.
n
- Applicability and design of spaces with respect to Disability codes.
n
- Sustainability in Interior Design.
n
- Acoustical requirements, design and selection of materials that meet acoustic requirements.
n
- Material Sample boards.
n

Skills :

- Enthusiastic, inventive and imaginative bent of mind with positive work ethics and able to work in a demanding, multidisciplinary work setting.
n
- An intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for Architectural Interior design concepts.
n
- Excellent communication skills.
n
- Excellent command in English Language.

Educational Qualification/Experience:

n

n
- B.Arch., M’Arch, B’ID, M’ID in architecture / Architectural Interiors or relevant degree.
n
- 8 to 20 years of relevant experience with a good level of technical competency.
n
- An excellent knowledge of primary Software such as. Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
n

Additional software Knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is plus

n
