We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design execution, site management, and delivering inspiring residential spaces.

Role & Responsibilities

n

- 2D Drawings: Create layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
n
- 3D Visualization: Develop realistic models and renders using SketchUp.
n
- BOQ Preparation: Draft Bills of Quantities for project planning.
n
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present design concepts to clients.
n
- Site Execution: Manage in office work, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality delivery.
n
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp
n
- Basic knowledge of materials and site execution
n
- Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Self-motivated and confident personality
n
