Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently manage end-to-end market research projects, with a primary focus on offline quantitative research. The role will own project
n
planning, fieldwork execution, stakeholder coordination, quality control, timelines, budgets and final delivery.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
• End-to-end project ownership: Independently plan and manage offline quantitative projects across markets, sectors and methodologies.
n
• Fieldwork management: Oversee face-to-face interviews, CAPI, PAPI, CLTs, mystery audits and other field-based studies.
n
• Project setup: Translate requirements into execution plans; review questionnaires, field instructions, sampling plans, quotas and screening criteria.
n
• Stakeholder coordination: Work closely with clients, internal research teams, field agencies, vendors, data-processing teams and other partners.
n
• Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with sampling specifications, respondent validation protocols, back-checks and project quality standards.
n
• Progress and risk management: Track productivity, timelines, costs and quality; proactively resolve operational issues and delivery risks.
n
• Vendor management: Support vendor selection, allocation, commercial negotiation, performance
n
management and reconciliation.
n
• Data delivery: Coordinate coding, data processing, tabulation and final data delivery with relevant
n
teams.
n
• Project governance: Maintain accurate trackers, status reports, cost records and documentation
n
across the project lifecycle.
n
• Client communication: Provide timely project updates and clearly communicate dependencies, risks and corrective actions.
n
• Portfolio management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
n
• Qualitative project support: Manage or support recruitment, scheduling, logistics, moderation
n
coordination, transcription and deliverable tracking.
n
Mandatory Requirements
n
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in market research project management.
n
Demonstrated experience independently managing offline quantitative research projects.
n
• Solid knowledge of field operations, sampling, quotas, respondent validation and quality-control processes.
n
• Experience working with field agencies and multi-location field teams.
n
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, vendors and delivery commitments.
n
• Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and project-tracking tools.
n
Preferred Experience
n
• Experience managing international or multi-market research projects.
n
• Working knowledge of qualitative research execution.
n
• Exposure to online quantitative research.
n
• Experience across consumer, B2B, healthcare, automotive, retail or financial-services research.
n
• Familiarity with data-processing and reporting workflows.
n
