Role Overview

n

n

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and direct client visits.

n

Meet IT Managers, Procurement Managers and other decision-makers face-to-face.

n

Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services and value propositions.

n

Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

n

Prepare quotations and Sales Orders as per client requirements.

n

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

n

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

n

Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.

n

Identify recent markets,



sectors and potential business opportunities.

n

Perform other business development activities as assigned by management.

n

Candidate Requirements

n

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT products/services.

n

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

n

Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach.

n

Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face client meetings.

n

Two-wheeler is not mandatory for Mumbai candidates; public transport can be used.

n

Local Mumbai candidates preferred.

n

Candidates must be available to join within 15 days.

n

n

Note: This is strictly a B2B field sales role, not B2C. The candidate will meet corporate decision-makers such as IT Managers and Procurement Managers. Travelling allowance will be provided.
