Role Description The YouTube Educator will design and deliver educational video content for JOCOLearn’s YouTube channels, ensuring lessons are accurate, engaging, and easy to follow. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson structures, scripting and presenting content on camera, collaborating with video editors and designers, and adapting material based on learner feedback and performance metrics. The role involves aligning content with learning objectives, creating supporting materials (such as slides or practice tasks),



and staying current with best practices in digital education and YouTube content creation.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular coordination with the local production and curriculum teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Education and Teaching skills, with experience translating complex topics into clear, structured lessons.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to define objectives, create learning sequences, and design assessments or practice activities.
- Candidates should possess Training and Communication skills, enabling effective on-camera delivery, audience engagement, and clear explanation of concepts.
- Relevant experience in classroom teaching, tutoring, or online education, ideally with a focus on video-based learning.
- Comfort with being on camera and collaborating closely with content, production, and editing teams.
- Ability to analyze audience feedback and channel metrics to refine content and improve learner outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, a subject-matter field, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with YouTube as an educational platform and basic understanding of video production workflows is an advantage.
