Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design experience of Xneeti OneOS, a complex B2B SaaS platform built for e-commerce brands. Youll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to turn complex workflows and data into simple, intuitive experiences.
What Youll Do :
- Own product design from research to wireframes to UI to prototyping to handoff.
- Design complex dashboards, workflows, analytics, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Work closely with PMs and engineers to define and ship features.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with e-commerce users.
- Design experiences for AI-powered insights, automation, and agile data.
- Contribute to product strategy, UX decisions, and roadmap discussions.
- Review and improve designs based on user feedback and product data.
What Were Looking For :
- 4+ years of Product/UX Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-heavy products.
- Strong portfolio showing complex workflows, dashboards, and enterprise products.
- Advanced Figma skills components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, and usability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / e-commerce / marketplace products.
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered products.
- Understanding of PPC, analytics, or data visualization.
- Experience building design systems at scale.
