? Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end workforce planning and demand management aligned with business growth and project pipeline.
- Analyze demand across technologies, skills, locations, and experience levels.
- Manage allocation and deployment of IT professionals across projects, accounts, and business units.
- Monitor utilization, billability, bench percentage, and resource aging .
- Drive strategic bench management through skill assessment, upskilling, redeployment, and internal mobility.
- Prioritize internal talent fulfillment before external hiring .
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring based on workforce gaps and business priorities.




- Drive skill gap analysis and workforce readiness initiatives.
- Develop workforce dashboards covering headcount, utilization, billability, bench, demand fulfillment, aging, and skill availability .
- Provide data-driven workforce insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Establish and govern workforce management processes, SOPs, and review mechanisms.

? Ideal Candidate ⭐ 8–12 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, Delivery Operations, or Talent Supply Chain within IT Services

⭐ Experience managing large-scale technology workforce pools

⭐ Understanding of T&M;, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Support models

⭐ Experience with global delivery teams and multiple stakeholders

⭐ Robust analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Ability to influence Delivery Leaders and Business Heads
