The role involves managing multiple workstreams, /n senior stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure business outcomes are achieved. /n Program Leadership & Delivery /n /n

- Lead the full lifecycle of Workday Finance programs:

- Assessment → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Post Go‐Live Support

/n

- Manage core finance modules (GL, Procurement, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Revenue).

/n





- Drive successful end‐to‐end Workday implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.

/n

- Define the program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

/n

- Ensure adherence to Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risk, Quality & Change Management

/n

- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies early.

/n

- Ensure high quality through formal testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll/Finance Runs).

/n

- Support change management, training, and adoption to ensure business readiness.
