- Provide production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system enhancements.
- Solid experience in Workbrain/Kronos, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll integrations.
- Handle requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment support.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, vendors, and global technical teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
