Role Description This full-time, on-site WordPress Developer & CRM Specialist role is based in Hyderabad. The position involves developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and integrations to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

The role also includes managing and optimizing CRM systems, configuring workflows, maintaining data quality, and integrating CRM with web properties and marketing tools. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement best practices in web development and CRM usage. Daily responsibilities include testing current features,



monitoring site and CRM performance, preparing documentation, and supporting continuous improvements in user experience and lead management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including PHP, MySQL, WordPress theme and plugin customization, and REST API integration.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks or libraries.
- Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design and Web Design skills, ensuring mobile-friendly layouts, accessibility, and consistent branding.
- Candidates should possess general Web Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS administration, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), and integration between websites and CRM tools.
- Ability to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
