Must have

- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022) including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, migration, and performance management.
- Expertise in Windows Failover Clustering, including Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV), quorum configuration, cluster failover troubleshooting, and high-availability environments.
- Extensive experience in OS Patching and Vulnerability Management using WSUS, SCCM/MECM, and Qualys, including patch deployment, compliance reporting, vulnerability remediation, and security risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge and administration experience of Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Farms, including RD Session Host, RD Connection Broker, RD Web Access, RD Licensing, RD Gateway, and FSxLogix.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for operational tasks, monitoring, reporting, and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Windows Security best practices.




- Experience supporting enterprise production environments with exposure to major incident management and critical issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring and performance management tools.
- Solid troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving capabilities for complex infrastructure issues.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Ability to participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotations.
- For L3 candidates, proven capability to lead major incidents, mentor team members, drive infrastructure improvements, and act as a technical SME.

Good to have

- Experience in leading technical projects, migration activities, or infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Pharmaceutical / GxP Environment Experience.
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and business continuity solutions.
- Understanding of PKI, Certificate Management, and Windows-based security hardening.
